To Our Valued Guests: 

The entire team at RAM has been working around the clock to ensure we are prepared to serve both our guests and staff as safely as possible. We have consulted with experts to develop formal training procedures for our team, and we have gathered additional PPE materials to maintain the highest level of safety in our facility. 

Beyond our existing measures, you will find the additional steps we have taken to update our safety protocol for our team and our guests for the foreseeable future below: 

  • We are conducting daily temperature checks and health screenings of our staff.

  • We are wearing protective masks at all times to ensure everyone’s safety.

  • Gloves are mandatory and are changed frequently. 

  • We are using hand sanitizer and frequently washing our hands with soap and water.

  • We are adhering to CDC cleanliness guidelines and disinfecting all surfaces after use and regular intervals.


Please review the below information and guidelines for our new Drive-in Restaurant.

  • In the case of inclement weather, you will be emailed about your reservation, which you can arrange to pickup or cancel.

  • In addition to dining in, we will be executing contactless curbside pickup, which can be ordered on the RAM app. We ask that each guest stay in their car and wait for their order to be brought out.   

  • If a member of your party is unwell, or has been diagnosed with Covid-19 in the past two weeks, we kindly request that they remain at home.

  • All tables are set for a maximum of 10 guests and placed a minimum of 6 feet apart.

  • We ask that our guests wear a protective mask and maintain a minimum distance of 6 feet from our team members and other guests when not dining to ensure everyone’s safety.

  • For the safety of our guests and staff, each driver is responsible for maintaining a speed of 5 MPH while entering, exiting, and traveling through the space.

  • Please be aware that an adult must attend children at all times.

  • We ask that you shut your car engine upon parking next to your table.

  • All outside food and beverages are prohibited.
